Shipping Information

This policy applies to all business-to-business (B2B) orders placed through our e-commerce platform.

Shipping Carriers and Methods

We primarily use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for shipping. Available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout and may include Standard Ground, Expedited, and LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight for larger orders.

Processing Times

Orders typically require 3 for processing before shipment. Custom or large-volume orders may require longer processing times, which will be communicated upon order confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Final shipping costs will be presented at checkout. For freight shipments, a separate quote may be necessary.

Delivery and Title Transfer

Delivery dates provided are estimates. Risk of loss for products pass to the buyer upon our delivery of the products to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed upon in a formal contract.

International Shipping

We offer international B2B shipping to various countries and regions. The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any associated costs.


Returns and Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of B2B transactions, all sales are considered final unless the product is defective, damaged during initial transit, or an incorrect item was shipped. Returns for buyer's remorse or overstock are generally not accepted.

Any requests for returns must be made within 30 of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If an item arrives damaged or defective, the buyer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Photographic evidence of the damage to the product and packaging is required. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs, once the claim is approved.

Return Authorization (RMA)

No returns will be accepted without a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA, please contact our Customer Support.

Restocking Fee

Approved non-defective returns (at our sole discretion) may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
